SEMA Quickly Responded to an emergency.
In the early hours of today at about 11:30am ( 25th of September, 2021), Yobe SEMA emergencyand rescue team received a distress call from Tashan Fulani community in Tarmuwa LGA, about an accident that involved Buni Yadi Marketers travelling to Babbangida market.
Yobe SEMA Search and Rescue Team evacuated the 14 victims to A&E units of Specialists Hospital Damaturu and also provides all first line medications and Consumables. On the sad note, 1 victim loss his live and 3 were critically injured, currently receiving treatment.
SEMA ambulance conveyed the corpse to Buni Yadi for funeral rites. The other victims in Damaturu were stabilized and already united with family members.
