SEMA attends Nangere LGA Community Engagement Meeting ahead of Palliatives Distribution
Yobe State Emergency Management Agency in its ongoing Mass Palliatives Predistribution engagement participated in the community engagement meeting aimed at listening to key stakeholders of Nangere Local government area to discuss modalities ahead of palliative distribution.
The meeting was attended by stakeholders, elders, representatives of various political parties, women, and youth groups, PLWDs, security officials amongst others.
1. Based on the available resources, over 4800HH will be targeted for this phase of Mass Distribution.
2. There will be inclusive method of identifying and targeting beneficiaries and SEMA will validate the list which contains the name, ward, and phone number of each beneficiary.
3. All identified beneficiaries will recieve 20kg weightage of Food Basket
4. The stakeholders appreciated His Excellency for the numerous supports rendered to the local government and assured SEMA of accountability in targeting beneficiaries.
