Governor Buni Supports Farmers with dry season farming inputs and Food items

Few weeks ago at the eve of harvest a community in Ngelshengele reported fire outbreak destroying farmlands and harvest products. SEMA conducted assessment and subsequently YSHA via motion by Hon. Maina Digma Gana representing Fune I constituency seek for immediate support to the victims. His Excellency Governor Mai Mala Buni graciously approved support o the victims.

On 30h Dec. 2021 ES SEMA along side Hon. Maina Digma Gana presented the dry season Kits and Food items to the victims. While presenting the items, The Executive Secretary SEMA while Commiserating with the victim further asked them make good use of the items for the intended purpose.

Hon. Maina Digma Gana Member representing Fune I at the state assembly called on the Victims to be there brothers keepers while using to machines and further call on SEMA to support the dry season farmers within the community.

Items distributed include:

1. Water Pumping Machine

2. Bags of Seeds for dry season plantation

3. 100kg Bag of Food items for each household

4. Knapsack Sprayers

5. Liquid Fertilizer
