100 Women Headed Households to get 10,000 Naira Monthly Income.

Yobe SEMA through its Partners recently constructed a 26,000 liters water Borehole in a rural settlement amongst returnee IDPs with difficult access to water๐Ÿ’งin Buni Yadi.

Part of the component of drilling the Borehole is to engage/ link 100 women Headed Households within the Borehole catchment area to an income generation activity through access to water ๐Ÿ’ง.

WATER FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY THAT CAN ACCESS THE BOREHOLE

99 women identified will form clusters of 3 each
Each Cluster get 1 Pushcart (KUS-KUS) with 12 jericans (25liters)
Each women cluster will identify a trusted Male trucker (Mai Moya)
Each trip of water at subsidised rate of N 250.
Each cluster will receive cash value for 4 trips daily (1000 Naira)
Each cluster will get 30,000 Naira Monthly
Each Woman will go home with 10,000 Naira Monthly
Each woman will save 200 Naira Monthly for repairs and maintenance.
